These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eFon website, mobile application, and related services ("Services").

The Services are provided by EFON LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, with its registered address at:

Operational and technical functions in connection with the Services may be performed by affiliated entities within the group, including Serbway Ltd (United Kingdom).

By accessing the website, downloading the mobile application, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

You may not use the Services in any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited by law.

To use the Services, you must register an account using a valid phone number and provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

eFon provides VoIP-based international calling and related communication services through the mobile application.

The Services:

      • Do not support emergency calls.
      • Do not support MMS or fax transmission.
      • Depend on internet connectivity and third-party telecommunications networks.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

      • Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
      • Interfere with network operations;
      • Send unsolicited or harmful communications;
      • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

To access paid Services, you must purchase credit or pay applicable fees using available payment methods.

Prices and rates are displayed in the application or on the website and may be updated from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Calls are billed per minute and rounded up to the next full minute.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@efon.io.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

Credits older than 90 days are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Account credit expires 12 months after the last account activity. Unused balances after this period may be forfeited.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

      • You breach these Terms;
      • Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected;
      • Required by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@efon.io.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

      • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
      • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services during the affected period;
      • We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party networks or internet providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Personal data processing in connection with the Services is carried out by Serbway Ltd (United Kingdom) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, website, mobile application, and related content remain the property of EFON LIMITED or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
