eFon’s Fair Usage Policy
eFon’s Fair Usage Policy is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our services. Our products are intended for individual use only in accordance with our Terms of Service and this Fair Usage Policy (“Legitimate Use”). The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that are not considered Legitimate Use:
- Using subscriptions for telemarketing or call center operations;
- Reselling subscription minutes;
- Calling numbers (whether individually, sequentially, or automatically) to generate income for you or others, except for your individual business communications;
- Unusual calling patterns inconsistent with normal individual subscription use (for example, frequent short-duration calls or multiple calls to different numbers in a short period).
Other practices may be considered when determining Legitimate Use. eFon reserves the right to take into account any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal, or unusual activity in making its determination. At its discretion, eFon may immediately terminate or suspend your relationship and usage of any eFon product if it determines you are using the product contrary to this Fair Usage Policy.
